Description:

Without cyclic silicone oils; moist and soft smooth; highly wrinkle-covering; powdery feel; long-lasting film-formation; oil-adsorbing; matt; reduces formula stickiness. Improved D4/D5-free suspension over SiCare 9816 with Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer for stronger elastomer network. Higher silica content (18%) delivers more pronounced matte-powdery effect and superior wrinkle coverage. Applications: Lasting lip gloss, liquid eye shadow, highlight, face cream, eye cream, makeup primer.
