Without cyclic silicone oil; velvety and moist with powdery feel; long-lasting film-formation; wrinkle-covering; oil-adsorbing; matt; reduces formula stickiness. D4/D5-free water-dilutable elastomer suspension using dimethicone as carrier. TEA-Dodecylbenzenesulfonate dispersant. Excellent wrinkle coverage, long-lasting film formation and stickiness reduction — without regulatory concerns about cyclic Silikony.
