Description:

BeriCos Collagen XVII is recombinant type XVII collagen, a transmembrane protein that forms part of hemidesmosomes – the structures anchoring basal epidermal cells to the basement membrane. Unlike the collagens that build the dermis, it works at the junction between epidermis and dermis. The BERI PHARMA material supports epidermal renewal, basement membrane condition and hair follicles, making it suitable for anti-ageing care and scalp products.

• Helps epidermal renewal and recovery of basement membrane structure.
