Description:

SiCare 2151F2 is a soft blend of trimethylsiloxysilicate (TMS) and polypropylsilsesquioxane resins in isododecane, with 50% solids and a viscosity of 5–20 cps, from Hunan Silok Silicone. It combines the flexibility of the propyl resin with the migration resistance of TMS. The result is a very flexible, non-greasy, water-resistant film with long wear. It suits lip, eye and face products that need transfer resistance.

• Very high film flexibility – the most pliable grade of the 2151 series.
• Excellent pigment migration resistance contributed by trimethylsiloxysilicate.
• Water resistance supports the wear of make-up and sunscreens.
• Non-greasy, long-lasting film without a tight feel.

Applications: Cup-resistant lip glazes, highlighters, eyeliners, mascaras, lipsticks, foundations and sunscreens.

• Form: resin solution in isododecane, 50% solids, viscosity 5–20 cps.
• Soft film hardness; SiCare 2151F3 offers a different TMS/propyl resin ratio.
