Description:

SiCare 267-65 is a silicone wax based on C30-45 Alkyl Methicone and C30-45 Olefin, melting at 61°C. Unlike alkyl dimethicone grades, the methicone backbone carries long alkyl groups on more of its silicon atoms, giving a wax with a pronounced organic character. It imparts a silky, non-greasy feel and improves the performance of stick products – lipsticks, blushers and eyeshadows – as well as hair care.

• 61°C melting point stabilises stick structure.
• Non-greasy, smooth and silky feel during application.
• Improves the overall in-use performance of lipsticks and other sticks.
• Alkyl methicone rather than alkyl dimethicone – an alternative to SiCare 264-70 and 267-70.
• The C30-45 olefin contributes to the wax network.
