Description:
SiCare 9236 is a non-volatile compound of dimethicone, crosslinked dimethicone crosspolymer and dimethiconol. With no volatile carrier, the whole mass stays on the skin, forming a velvety matte film. The elastomer absorbs excess sebum, and the blend improves powder adhesion and make-up water resistance. It is used in lipsticks, lip glosses, make-up primers, hair oils and conditioners.
