Description:

COH-4012 (KOELRON Navy Blue) is a ready-to-use navy colour blend from Koel Colours. The deep, dark blue is an interesting alternative to black in eye make-up – eyeshadows and eyeliners – and in classic navy nail colours. The blend delivers a set colour, so there is no need to darken and correct it with several colourants during development.
