COH-4011 is the KOELRON Royal Blue blend from Koel Colours – a saturated royal blue supplied ready to use. It is intended for colour cosmetics with a bold character, eyeshadows and nail colours, and for tinting toiletries. Compared with the navy COH-4012 it is lighter and brighter, so it performs better in vivid, fashion-led shades.
