KOELIN-990 from Koel Colours Pvt. Ltd. is a black iron oxide (CI 77499, E-172) in a low micron grade. Compared with the standard KOELIN-999 it has finer particles, which improves spreadability and product texture. It suits products where precision and smooth application matter: eyeliners, mascaras and eyeshadows with a fine, uniform finish.
