Ternary blend of isoparaffin + dimethicone volatile carrier. Combines advantages of organic and silicone volatiles: high spreadability, excellent makeup solubility for cleansing, and outstanding pigment dispersion. Ideal as a base for makeup removers and foundations. Applications: Liquid foundation, sunscreen, makeup remover, face cream, lotion, hair spray, conditioner, antiperspirant, cleansing products.
