Description:

BeriCos ALA-Nano is thioctic acid, better known as alpha-lipoic acid – a sulphur-containing antioxidant active in both aqueous and lipid environments. In pure form it is awkward to formulate: poorly water-soluble, prone to instability and noticeably odorous. BERI PHARMA has enclosed it in a nano molecular capsule that makes it water-soluble, improves stability and reduces odour. It is intended for antioxidant and anti-ageing cosmetics.

• Neutralises free radicals, protecting the skin against oxidative stress.
