Description:

KOELIN-203 from Koel Colours Pvt. Ltd. is a ready-made brown pigment blend: iron oxides pre-dispersed on talc (Iron Oxides (and) Talc). It combines colouring with the smoothing effect of talc, simplifying the preparation of BB and CC creams and tinted moisturisers. Unlike the single KOELIN iron oxides, it removes the need to build the shade from several separate pigments.
