Description:
KOELIN-663 is carbon black (D&C Black 2, CI 77266) from Koel Colours Pvt. Ltd. – a pigment made of fine elemental carbon. It stands out for an intense, deep black and high tinting strength, so a small amount is enough to achieve strong colour. It is a typical choice for mascaras and eyeliners where maximum blackness counts, as well as for dark eyeshadows.
