KOELIN-911 is a red iron oxide (CI 77491, E-172) from Koel Colours Pvt. Ltd. in a low micron grade, meaning finer particles than the standard KOELIN-919. The smaller particle size translates into a smoother texture and more even application, which matters in foundations, blushes, eyeshadows and lipsticks. It is the choice for formulations where a delicate skin feel counts.
