Description:
Under the code KOELOW-041, Koel Colours Pvt. Ltd. supplies D&C Red No. 28, a bright pink xanthene dye soluble in water. A pigment needs a good dispersion, while this dye dissolves in the water phase, so the colour is uniform throughout the batch. The manufacturer lists it for rinse-off cosmetics and blush.
