Description:
SiCare 2123F8 is a hard MQ silicone resin (trimethylsiloxysilicate) supplied as a white powder with ≥98% purity and a specific gravity of 1.15, produced by Hunan Silok Silicone. It forms a continuous film on the skin and hair surface and provides excellent resistance to pigment migration. Despite its high hardness, it leaves a soft, smooth skin feel. It is designed for long-wear, transfer-resistant lipsticks, lip glosses, foundations, eyeliners and mascaras.
