Description:

Contains D5 (Cyclopentasiloxane): from 06.2027 the EU limits it to 0.1% in leave-on products. We recommend a D5-free alternative: SiCare 2156F3.

SiCare 2156F5 is a soft Dimethicone/Vinyl Trimethylsiloxysilicate Crosspolymer in cyclopentasiloxane, produced by Hunan Silok Silicone. Compared with SiCare 2156F3, it has a higher solids content (55%) and a markedly higher viscosity (400–600 cps). It forms a flexible, comfortable film with high water resistance and a smooth skin feel. It is designed for long-wear lipsticks, BB creams, liquid foundations, eye make-up and sunscreens.

• Flexible, comfortable film without a stiff feel on the skin.
• Smooth, silky skin feel after the carrier evaporates.
• Higher solids and viscosity than SiCare 2156F3.

Applications: Transfer-resistant lipsticks and lip glazes, BB creams, liquid foundations, eyeliners, mascaras and sunscreens.

• Form: crosspolymer in cyclopentasiloxane, 55% solids.
• Viscosity 400–600 cps.
