SiCare 2429 is an amodimethicone with a viscosity of 1,000–3,000 cps and a high nitrogen content of 0.60%. The greater density of amino groups gives stronger adsorption on hair and better film formation than SiCare 2400. It is used in shampoos, conditioners, hair dyes and styling products where smoothness and protection during heat styling matter.
