Description:

SiCare 269W-30F is Bis-PEG-18 Methyl Ether Dimethyl Silane – a water-soluble silicone with a waxy paste consistency whose PEG chains make it hydrophilic (HLB 16.0). A melting point of 30°C means it melts on skin, leaving silky softness. According to the manufacturer it offers the highest clarity in water of its water-soluble series, making it ideal for clear essences, gels, hair lotions, make-up removers, shampoos and conditioners.
