Description:

SiCare 2943 is a volatile carrier combining isoparaffins (isododecane and isohexadecane) with dimethicone. According to the manufacturer it evaporates at a rate comparable to D5, while the hydrocarbon part dissolves make-up well and helps disperse pigments. It suits liquid foundations, sunscreens, make-up removers, creams, hair sprays, antiperspirants and cleansing products – wherever a light, fast-evaporating carrier is required.
