Description:

SiCare 9243 is a blend of dimethicone and dimethiconol with no added volatile carrier. Dimethicone provides spreadability and slip, while higher-molecular-weight dimethiconol builds a silky, durable, water-resistant film. On hair it conditions, helps protect colour and the fibre against heat, and adds gloss. It is used in hair oils, skin essences, conditioners and creams.
