SiCare 9938 is a Dimethicone Crosspolymer elastomer in a carrier of meadowfoam seed oil (Limnanthes Alba Seed Oil) and Dimethiconol Meadowfoamate, a silicone esterified with the oil’s fatty acids. The carrier has a high biobased share and better skin affinity than pure silicones. The material provides a velvety, powdery, hydrating feel and helps extend make-up wear.
