Velvety smoothness; easy to disperse; hydrophilic; film forming; emulsifying; lasting velvety softness; oil-adsorbing & matt; non-migration; quickly fuses with grease. Fine-particle (5 μm) hydrophilic elastomer powder with hydroxyl-modified acrylate crosslinker. Unique combination of hydrophilicity + silicone softness. Acts as dispersant and film-former in colour cosmetics. Rapidly fuses with oils/fats to form a smooth gel-like structure. Applications: Lotions, cream, eye shadow, blush, elastic mousse formulas, colour cosmetics.
