Non-volatile carrier; high emulsion suspension stability; prepares light skin-in-water emulsions; thickening; rheology modification; silky smooth skin feel. Combination of PEG-10 Dimethicone (W/O emulsifier) + Cetyl Dimethicone (co-emulsifier) + Disteardimonium Hectorite (rheology modifier/suspending agent) + Propylene Carbonate (activator). Non-volatile carrier delivers stable W/O emulsions with excellent suspension of pigments and Filtry UV. Can be directly added to achieve thickening effect. Applications: Liquid foundation, lip glaze, skin care creams and lotions, sunscreen, antiperspirant, deodorant.
