Significant smooth silky feel; effective oil-controlling; covers fine wrinkle. High-active (55%) water-dilutable suspension with single non-ionic pareth surfactant. Emphasises oil-control and silk-smooth skin feel. Higher viscosity than SiCare 9808 for stronger sensory impact. Applications: Lip gloss, liquid eye shadow, highlight, face cream, eye cream.
