Description:
BeriCos W-47 is 4-butylresorcinol, a resorcinol derivative with a butyl chain, supplied by BERI PHARMA. The molecule occupies the active site of tyrosinase and inhibits TRP-1, blocking two enzymes involved in melanin synthesis. Compared with W-37, it therefore acts on an additional element of the melanogenesis pathway. It is intended for brightening and tone-evening skin care.
