Description:

SiCare 9926F is a Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer elastomer gel in non-volatile dimethicone. Its distinguishing feature is a moist, velvety feel combined with a misty matte finish that does not dry out skin or lips. The effect is long-lasting and non-greasy. The gel works well in lip products, pressed powders and creams where matte needs to go hand in hand with comfort.
