Description:

SiCare 9916 is a Dimethicone Crosspolymer elastomer gel in non-volatile dimethicone, free of cyclic silicones. Without a volatile carrier, it is recommended by the manufacturer particularly for lip and eye make-up and pressed products, where volatility is undesirable. The gel gives a velvety, powdery feel and long-lasting oil control.
