SiCare 9916F is a gel in which a crosslinked network of Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer is swollen in dimethicone. The non-volatile carrier stays in the product, providing lasting slip and a soft feel. The material is a multifunctional modifier: it improves skin feel, delivers an optical soft-focus effect, builds texture and forms a flexible film on the skin. It is used in both skin care and colour cosmetics.
