Description:

KOELIN-663H is a black pigment made from vegetable carbon (E-153, CI 77268:1) by Koel Colours Pvt. Ltd. Unlike the KOELIN-663 carbon black it is plant-derived, which allows it to be used in cosmetics marketed as natural. It is intended mainly for mascaras and eyeliners in natural or organic-positioned formulations.

• The E-153 designation, familiar from the food industry, helps describe the colourant origin.
