Description:
KOELIN-910 is pigmentary titanium dioxide (CI 77891, E-171) from Koel Colours Pvt. Ltd. It is the core white opacifying pigment: it gives formulas whiteness and opacity, brightens the shade and reflects UV radiation. It is used in foundations, powders and BB creams, in sun care products and in toothpaste. Unlike the micronised KOELIN-910 M, it provides full coverage and a distinct whitening effect.
