Description:

KOELOR-303 is the aluminium lake of D&C Red No. 21 (CI 45380) from Koel Colours Pvt. Ltd., with a coral-red, fluorescent shade. Deposited on an alumina substrate, the dye is insoluble, so in lacquers and pressed powders it is distributed like a pigment. The manufacturer designates it for nail polish, blush and eyeshadow, noting that some regulatory systems do not permit it in lip and eye products.
