Description:

KOELOR-305 from Koel Colours Pvt. Ltd. is the aluminium lake of FD&C Red No. 3 (E-127, CI 45430), also known as erythrosine, in a pink shade. During laking the dye is precipitated on an alumina substrate and loses its solubility, so in powders and anhydrous bases it can be used just like a pigment, dispersed throughout the product. The manufacturer directs KOELOR-305 to cosmetics and toiletries.
