Description:
KOELIN-188 is talc from Koel Colours Pvt. Ltd. – a natural hydrated magnesium silicate with a platy structure. It does not colour the formula; instead it works as a white filler that gives a soft, smooth skin feel, absorbs excess moisture and reduces tackiness. It forms the base of face, body and baby powders and is used in foundations, where it also serves well as a carrier for pigments.
- Neutral white filler that does not shift the shade of pigments in the formula.
