Description:
KOELIN-197 from Koel Colours Pvt. Ltd. is a mica (CI 77019) with a matte finish. Instead of a pronounced shine it gives a subdued, satin-pearl effect and diffuses light, visually smoothing the skin surface (soft focus). In the KOELIN mica range it is the counterpart to the glossy KOELIN-702 and sparkling KOELIN-100 TS. It suits powders, eyeshadows and highlighters with a subtle, natural finish, as well as nail polish.
