Description:
KOELOW-351 is a red azo dye soluble in water, supplied by Koel Colours Pvt. Ltd. as FD&C Red No. 40 (E-129). A soluble dye differs from a pigment in that it does not stay in the product as a solid particle; it passes into the aqueous solution. Main uses include shampoos and rinse-off cosmetics.
- Allura Red, carrying the FD&C Red No. 40 and E-129 designations and common in wash products.
- Dissolves in water; simply add it to the water phase, no dispersion required.
- Colours from within: the product stays clear and the shade is easy to grade.
