Description:

SiCare 2169F19 is a fast-drying silicone-urethane hybrid film former from Hunan Silok Silicone. It combines trimethylsiloxysilicate resin with Bis-Hydroxyethoxypropyl Dimethicone/IPDI Copolymer Ethylcarbamate in volatile isododecane. As the carrier evaporates, it rapidly forms a film that extends make-up wear and limits transfer. Unlike SiCare 2169F5 and 2169F8, it also contains MQ resin. It is intended for long-wear lip, eye and face products.
