Description:
SiCare 2169F8 is a silicone-urethane hybrid polymer (Bis-Hydroxyethoxypropyl Dimethicone/IPDI Copolymer Ethylcarbamate) in isododecane, offered by Hunan Silok Silicone. It combines the pliability of the dimethicone chain with the toughness of urethane segments, so once the carrier evaporates it leaves a flexible, durable film. It shares its INCI with SiCare 2169F5; the TDS gives the parameters that distinguish the two grades. It is intended for long-wear make-up requiring a flexible film.
