Description:

SiCare 2181P5 is a fine-particle (5 μm) hydrophilic elastomer powder, Acrylates/Bis-Hydroxypropyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer, from Hunan Silok Silicone. In colour cosmetics it acts as a dispersant and film former, and it also assists emulsification. In contact with oils it quickly forms a smooth, gel-like structure. It adsorbs oil, mattifies and limits product migration, giving velvety smoothness. It is intended for emulsions, eye shadows, blushers, elastic mousses and other colour cosmetics.
