SiCare 9956F5 is a non-volatile Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer elastomer gel in dimethicone with a characteristic stringy consistency. Its low solid content of 6.25% gives an ultra-satin, very silky feel rather than a powdery matte. The material imparts a hydrating feel, adds gloss and helps repair the look of hair. It suits hair and body oils as well as stringy cream foundations.
