Description:
SiCare 2169F5 is a silicone-urethane copolymer (Bis-Hydroxyethoxypropyl Dimethicone/IPDI Copolymer Ethylcarbamate) in isododecane, produced by Hunan Silok Silicone. It contains 25% solids and has a viscosity of 100,000–300,000 cps, making it a very thick material. It forms a soft film that does not feel astringent, dry or sticky, leaving a smooth skin feel. It is designed for transfer-resistant lipsticks and lip glazes, BB creams, foundations, liquid eyeliners and mascaras.
