SiCare 9908 is an elastomer gel in which Dimethicone Crosspolymer is dispersed in coconut oil (Cocos Nucifera Oil) with the isoparaffins Isododecane and Isohexadecane. The plant/hydrocarbon carrier sets it apart from classic gels in cyclic silicones. It gives a silky, powdery-matte finish with a hydrating feel, helps control sebum and optically blurs fine lines, while also increasing formula viscosity.
