Description:

BZn™ M is a mineral UV filter from ShieldBiso made of zinc oxide nanoparticles coated with methicone. ZnO reflects and scatters radiation across a broad UVA and UVB range, is photostable and also soothes the skin. The silicone coating improves dispersibility of the powder in oil, making it easier to work into the oil phase. It suits sunscreens, daily UV protection products and BB or CC creams.

• Broad-spectrum UVA+UVB protection – zinc oxide also covers long-wave UVA effectively.
• Soothes the skin, which makes it a good fit for sun care aimed at sensitive skin.
• Methicone coating improves dispersibility of ZnO nanoparticles in the oil phase.

Applications: Sunscreens, daily UV protection products, BB and CC creams.

• Composition: Zinc Oxide (and) Methicone – hydrophobically treated zinc oxide for the oil phase.
