Description:

KOELOR-851 is the aluminium lake of FD&C Yellow No. 6 (E-110, CI 15985), known as sunset yellow, from Koel Colours Pvt. Ltd. The manufacturer notes that this colour also has food use. Bound to an alumina substrate it becomes insoluble and behaves as a pigment in cosmetics – it is dispersed in the base rather than dissolved. It is used in shampoos, toiletries and colour cosmetics.
