Description:

SiCare 2215F3 is a PEG-10 Dimethicone from Hunan Silok Silicone. Polyethylene glycol chains attached to the dimethicone backbone make the silicone water-dispersible, allowing it to bridge the silicone and water phases. The manufacturer lists three functions for it: emulsification, conditioning and silicone solubilisation. It shares its INCI with the emulsifier SiCare 2215; the parameters that distinguish the two grades are given in the technical data sheet.
