Description:

SiCare 2248R9 is another grade in the 2248 series by Hunan Silok Silicone – a composite PEG/PPG/alkyl silicone with the INCI name Cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 Dimethicone. Hydrophilic PEG/PPG chains and lipophilic cetyl-silicone segments place the emulsifier at the interface, keeping water droplets dispersed in the oil phase. It is intended for emulsifying and stabilising W/O emulsions. The parameters that distinguish it from SiCare 2248R3 and 2248R4 are given in the TDS.
