SiCare 9808 is a milky suspension of Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer elastomer in dimethicone, stabilised with the non-ionic emulsifiers C12-13 Pareth-3 and C12-13 Pareth-10. It contains as much as 55% active yet keeps a low viscosity and disperses easily in aqueous systems. It gives a velvet-dry feel and optically blurs fine lines (soft-focus effect). It is used in lip glosses, liquid eyeshadows, highlighters, face and eye creams, lotions and essences.
