Description:
SiCare 9809 is a high-active (55%) suspension of Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer stabilised with a single non-ionic surfactant, C12-13 Pareth-10. Being water-dilutable, it can be added to aqueous phases and emulsions without volatile silicones. It delivers a mattifying, silky finish and optically covers fine wrinkles. Its viscosity is higher than that of SiCare 9808.

- Helps control sebum and reduces visible shine on the skin during wear.
- Imparts a silky, dry-touch finish without greasy after-feel.
- Optically fills and blurs fine wrinkles as the elastomer particles diffuse light.
- A single non-ionic surfactant simplifies the choice of other emulsifiers in the formula.
Applications: Lip gloss, liquid eyeshadow, highlighter, face cream and eye cream.
