Description:
SiCare 9809S is an aqueous dispersion of Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer particles stabilised with the non-ionic emulsifier Ceteth-20. It differs from SiCare 9809 in its stabilising system and its water carrier. This form allows the elastomer to be added straight into water phases, gels and O/W emulsions. It acts as a texturiser, improves skin feel and provides an optical soft-focus effect.

- Works as a texturiser, giving formulas a soft, velvety consistency.
- Reduces tackiness and greasiness of emulsions, improving spreadability and after-feel.
