SiCare 9960 is a non-volatile gel combining the hydrophilically modified PEG-10 Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer with polymethylsilsesquioxane (PMSQ) powder in dimethicone. It forms an elastic, silky film on the skin, and the PEG-10 crosspolymer helps fix colour in make-up. PMSQ provides a matte finish. The material can also act as a co-emulsifier in W/O emulsions.
